Torben Andersen

I have followed the development the past 3-4 years i the organization Heart for Africa. My interest was sparked, which made me want to support the project. I care about being part of making a difference, and I think that is relevant. In the summer 2019 I became a volunteer at the project in Bouar, which definitely  changed me. The project has been prepared for and planned in details for several years. That is obvious from watching the local workers and the local comitee.

I am from 1957 and married to my wife Else. We have 3 girls. Two of which is married and have a child each, the youngest is studying.

I have an education as a farmer and have run a versatile farm for 20 years. We sold it in 1999 instead of expanding. We live near Ans, Denmark, on a property where we grow christmas trees. I also freelance in the fields of caring for christmas trees, maintenance of buildings and as a contractor.
